KONJAC CHIPS (OVEN-DRIED)



The konjac is cut into thin strips and then dried using a heating oven.



 



Specification:




  • Sliced Thickness: 1-5 mm

  • Moisture Content: 9-12%

  • Shelf Life: 12 Months

  • Smell: with the inherent smell of konjac

  • Color: Cream to Yellowish

  • Free from Calcium Oxalate





Usage:




  • Commonly, the chips are processed to be konjac powder/flour or konjac gum, because it contains high glucomannan.

  • After processed, it can be used in food industry, cosmetic industry, to pharmaceutical industry
