Arabica Full Washed Sumatra Gayo

Full washed Coffee beans go through numerous washing process. After harvest, the Coffee fruits are put inside a water filled container to segregate fully matured and ripe fruits with the unripened ones. Fruits that are properly cultivated and have reached the point of maturity will drown, and the opposite will float. The selected fruits will then be collected to remove the skin of the cherry and some of the pulp using a machine. Nonetheless, a lot of the pulp still stick to the beans, so then it is necessary to use a ferment-and-washed method to get rid of the last pulp and soften the beans.
