Arabica Wine Sumatra Gayo

Wine Coffee are fermented Coffee beans which are dried for a certain amount of time. Similar to natural process, Wine Coffee beans are dried naturally under the sun for 30 to 60 days long, depending on the weather. The drying process is deliberately extended to have the cherry glued stronger to the beans in order to produce a wine aroma and flavor. The beans are planted and cultivated on a high ground 1600 MASL to ensure the development of the cherry which affect the properties and strong characteristics of the beans. Regardless of the name itself, Arabica Wine is not an alcohol-containing product.
