Arabica Honey Sumatra Gayo

This process is fairly similar to natural process. The honey process utilizes mechanical machineries to effectively peel off the cherries of the beans. The machines are used to determine how much of the fruit is attached to the beans before collected for drying. The remaining fruit sticked to the beans is known as “honey”. Coffee beans which undergo honey processing tend to have an intense level of sweetness and mild acidity.
