Arabica Peaberry Sumatra Gayo

Arabica Peaberry lacks the familiarity that normal beans have in general. Peaberry Coffee is a naturally occurring mutation where only one seed grows inside the parchment layer, instead of two. The idiosyncrasy arises due to possible environmental condition such as malnutrition of the fruit, and insufficient pollination. However, this turns out to be a blessing in disguise. Peaberry Coffee produces a smooth tasty flavor similar to Kopi Luwak (Civet Coffee), with a strong and full body, and higher concentration of caffeine.
