Dessicated Coconut (DC) or coconut flour is a grated, dried, and unsweetened fresh meat or kernel of a mature fruit of coconut. They are graded by its cutting size. 



Dessicated Coconut (DC) its tipically unsweetened but therm is sometimes also used to refer to the less dry sweetened flake coconut as well.

Fat Content    : 63.0 - 68.0 %



Free Faty Acid : 0.10 % Maximum (as Lauric Acid).
