Whole dried black peppercorns from Lampung, Sumatra — Indonesia's benchmark origin for black pepper, recognized internationally for high piperine content and pronounced pungency. Sun-dried and sorted to Grade GL 550, denoting a minimum bulk density of 500–550 grams per litre. Piperine content 4.0–7.0% (typically tracking 5.5–7% for Lampung origin), foreign matter/purity max. 0.5–1.0%, light berries max. 2.0–5.0%, moisture content max. 12–13%. An independently accredited Certificate of Analysis can be issued per shipment.
