The raw materials we use undergo special treatments to enhance their durability and extend the lifespan of the products for our customers Embracing the concept of sustainability, Gangga Sukta also utilizes a Kiln Drying System to extend the lifespan of its products. While traditional drying methods rely on sunlight, they can be inefficient due to weather dependency, which may delay the production timeline. Therefore, in addition to sun-drying, Gangga Sukta employs two types of Kiln Dry systems gas powered and biogas powered, the latter of which is sourced from pig waste near our production site. Beyond the Kiln Drying System, Gangga Sukta also routinely checks the moisture content of our products to prevent damage during shipping or upon arrival in the buyer’s country. The production lead time at Gangga Sukta typically ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the products requested by the buyer. While we strive to meet efficient production timelines, our top priority is maintaining product quality to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders. We usually reuse leftover materials that are still usable. For materials that can no longer be repurposed, we typically convert them into compost either by burning them first if they are in powder form or by directly scattering them.
