Low-fat dessicated coconut (LFDC) is the result of processing fresh and old enough coconut, which is peeled, washed, ground, flaked, dried, sifted and hygienically packaged.

STORAGE CONDITION



Recommended storage is between 50°F and 60°F (10–15.5°C) with 50%–60% relative humidity in a clean, odor-free area and away from walls where coconut products will keep for 12 months. Avoid storage in high-moisture areas.
