Our Organic Coconut Sugar is a natural sweetener produced from 100% pure coconut flower sap, sourced from certified organic farmers in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. The sap is traditionally collected and gently processed through controlled boiling and natural granulation, without the use of preservatives, artificial coloring, or additives. This method preserves its authentic caramel-like flavor, natural aroma, and essential nutrients.



The product is processed, sieved (mesh #16), dried, and packed under a certified ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and full traceability from farm to export. Each batch is laboratory-tested and compliant with international organic standards.



Organic Coconut Sugar is widely used as a natural alternative to refined sugar for beverages, bakery products, confectionery, sauces, and health-focused food applications.
