The product descrCassava leaves jerky, or dendeng daun singkong in Indonesian is processed through steaming and frying process. Following ingredients is added for every 40 cassava leaves:
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of coriander
4 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon of starch
4 tablespoon of wheat flouription also includes dimensions
